Position: Customer-Focused Member Services Role
Elevate member experiences at Planet Fitness in Ottawa, ON, as a Member Services Representative. Provide exceptional service while managing front desk operations and member interactions.
This role focuses on creating a positive environment and requires greeting members, checking them in, and addressing inquiries efficiently. Collaborate closely with the Club Manager on administrative tasks, while maintaining the club’s neatness and undertaking daily cleaning priorities. Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome members and prospective members at the front desk
• Answer phone inquiries while assisting callers with questions
• Complete member check-ins and facilitate account updates
• Offer tours to prospective members and sign them up
• Ensure club cleanliness by completing daily cleaning tasks
Requirements:
• Minimum age of 18 years required
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Background in customer service is preferred
• Proficient in basic computer operations
• Ability to lift heavy items occasionally
