Your new role
You will work within the HR function to ensure employees can complete HR tasks easily and efficiently. Your responsibilities include updating HR systems to reflect employee changes, advising staff on HR processes, collaborating with HR teams, and identifying opportunities to streamline and improve workflows. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career or seeking to transition into HR.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Strong customer service experience
- Interest in developing a career in HR
- Teamwork and strong interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and good organisational ability
- Office/admin experience and familiarity with Outlook/Excel (advantage, not essential)
- Experience with HR systems such as SAP (bonus, training provided)
