Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in South Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Customer Relation Staff member. The role includes handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer support, ensuring client satisfaction, building strong relationships, and addressing customer concerns effectively. The position aims to maintain high levels of customer retention and satisfaction through proactive communication and service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Customer Retention and Customer Satisfaction
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Support
- Adept in delivering exceptional Customer Service
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
