Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Customer Relation Staff at PT. Victory International at Jakarta Sona Topas Tower. The role involves maintaining positive interactions with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention. Core responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, providing support, resolving concerns, and ensuring consistent high-quality service experiences.
