Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Customer Relation Staff, based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The person in this role will manage customer interactions to ensure satisfaction, provide support in addressing inquiries and concerns, and implement strategies for customer retention. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with clients, resolving customer issues efficiently, and proactively gathering feedback to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Retention and Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in Customer Support and delivering excellent Customer Service
- Adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to addressing client needs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field would be an advantage
- Fluency in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Prior experience in a client-facing or customer relations role is preferred
