Role Description We are seeking a Customer Relations Executive to support patient communication, lifecycle marketing, and engagement initiatives across a portfolio of premium healthcare brands in Singapore, including International Medical Clinic (IMC), Smilefocus, and GPA Dental.

This role focuses on strengthening patient / partner relationships through data-driven communication, supporting engagement activities, and coordinating outreach initiatives across digital and offline channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in CRM, marketing, events, or customer engagement roles
  • Experience with CRM or email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, particularly for events or campaigns
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work across different teams
  • Experience in healthcare, education, hospitality, or service industries
  • Exposure to event management, community engagement, or partnership marketing
  • Familiarity with lifecycle marketing or segmented communication strategies
  • Basic analytical skills with experience in reporting tools or dashboards
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin would be an advantage
  • Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are preferred
