As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused, and results-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive – Customer Relations.
Key Requirements:
· Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, or a related field.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, customer relations, or a similar role.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
· Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong customer-centric mindset.
· Fluency in English and Sinhala; Tamil language proficiency will be an added advantage.
