Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The ideal candidate will manage customer inquiries, build and maintain strong client relationships, address concerns promptly, and work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include resolving issues, identifying customer needs, and enhancing the overall experience for B2B clients.
