Square Foot Photography is a leading real estate media company serving residential and commercial clients across Texas. We’re known for high-quality work, fast turnaround times, and a customer experience that truly stands out.
We’re looking for a Customer Relations & Operations Manager to take ownership of the client experience and help lead our day-to-day operations.
This is not an administrative role. This is a leadership position that sits at the center of our business—connecting clients, photographers, and editors to ensure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and at a high level.
You will play a key role in shaping how our clients experience our company and how our team operates internally. This role offers a clear path for growth into a senior leadership position.

Client Experience & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and text, while working alongside a supportive admin team to manage communication volume and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Deliver a high level of service that makes clients feel supported, informed, and valued
- Maintain fast response times (goal: ~30 minutes during business hours)
- Set clear expectations and proactively communicate next steps
Scheduling & Operations
- Coordinate and schedule shoots across multiple markets
- Manage logistics between clients, photographers, and editors
- Ensure projects move efficiently from booking → shoot → delivery
- Problem-solve quickly when schedules shift or challenges arise
Team Support & Leadership
- Act as a central resource and leader for admin, photographers, and editors
- Provide clear, respectful, and solution-focused communication across teams
- Support a positive, collaborative, and professional team environment
- Be available for occasional after-hours questions when needed
Quality Control & Delivery
- Review and deliver final photo orders with strong attention to detail
- Ensure consistency in quality, accuracy, and presentation
- Address issues quickly and professionally
Billing & Administrative Oversight
- Create and manage quotes, invoices, and payments
- Track outstanding items and follow up as needed
- Support ongoing improvements to workflows and systems
Client Retention & Growth
- Follow up with clients post-delivery to ensure satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
- Support referrals, repeat business, and long-term relationships
Requirements
- Must be based in Texas
- Prior experience in a customer-facing or operations-focused role
- Strong phone communication skills
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet (100mbps+ download)
- Quiet, professional home workspace
- Ability to work full-time during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm)
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Experience in real estate, media, or photography is a plus
