Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Relations Officer role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Customer Relations Officer will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely information about services, trading education programs, and market insights. This role involves maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication, follow-ups, and feedback collection to ensure a positive and consistent client experience. The Customer Relations Officer will collaborate with internal teams to relay client needs, support onboarding processes, and contribute to the improvement of service and educational offerings. Day-to-day activities also include maintaining accurate client records, monitoring satisfaction levels, and identifying opportunities to enhance client engagement and retention.

- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Client Relations abilities to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a high-quality service experience.
- Analytical Skills to understand client needs, interpret feedback, and support continuous improvement of client services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role, preferably in financial services, brokerage, or education.
- Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, manage multiple tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation tools).
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
