Role Description The Customer Relations Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The role involves responding to client inquiries, explaining visa service offerings, and guiding clients through required documentation and application steps. The individual will manage client appointments, maintain accurate records, and follow up on application status to ensure timely updates. Daily responsibilities include handling phone, in-person, and online communications, resolving concerns, and supporting clients with clear and professional information. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes, gather feedback, and help maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and client relations abilities to build trust and maintain professional, respectful communication with diverse clients.
  • Customer support and customer satisfaction skills to handle queries, manage expectations, and deliver responsive, service-oriented interactions.
  • Analytical skills to review client documents, identify gaps or risks, and provide accurate guidance in line with visa requirements.
  • Clear spoken and written communication skills in Bangla and English, with the ability to explain procedures and requirements in simple terms.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with basic office software for managing records, schedules, and follow-ups.
  • Prior experience in customer service, client-facing roles, or visa/immigration services is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site full time in Dhaka, manage multiple tasks, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline; education in business, communications, or related fields is preferred.
