Job Description
To support the implementation of the Cashless Bangladesh Framework 2031 announced by Bangladesh Bank and to expand the Pi Banking QR services of Pubali Bank PLC at the grassroots level, skilled personnel will be recruited across district-level locations nationwide under the CLS Agent program.
Responsibilities
- Educate customers and merchants about QR payment services.
- Acquire new customers and merchants.
- Ensure QR setup and proper usage.
- Provide customer service and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Submit daily activity reports.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor of Social Science degree in Anthropology will be considered an advantage.
- Preferred industry background: Banking, FinTech, or Payment Services.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
