Job Description / Responsibility
MASTUL Foundation is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Customer Relationship Executive (Communication Department).
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive phone calls, respond to donors in social media and keep track of all donor databases.
- Handle donors` query, must be capable of managing donors’ requirements. Keep detailed records of Donor interactions and feedback.
- Overall support the team for increasing Donor Relationship.
- Supports the Communication Manager by maintaining donor relationships, securing new funding through concept notes and proposals, and preparing high-quality donor and HQ reports. Collaborates with the Planning and Development Manager on fundraising, communications, networking, and advocacy.
- Develop and implement a fundraising plan for the organization, which will achieve the goals for sustainable funding, the development of projects and delivery of core operations.
- Implementing an effective customer loyalty program. Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions.
- Assessing service statistics and preparing detailed reports on your findings. Implements quality, and customer-service standards. Contributes customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Any other relevant works as assigned by the authority.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 7 year(s)
