Travedu Aide is looking for Customer Relationship Executive / Visa Counselor

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Engage with clients through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) and support marketing activities
  • Communicate with clients (in-person, phone, WhatsApp, Messenger, social media)
  • Must be camera-friendly and actively participate in video content creation, reels, live sessions, and client success videos
  • Understand client travel needs and provide appropriate consultancy
  • Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed clients (especially from boosted ads)
  • Prepare travel itineraries, quotations, and follow up for confirmation
  • Assist clients with visa applications, documentation, and submission processes
  • Organize and maintain files based on Embassy-specific checklists (UK, USA, Canada, Schengen, etc.)
  • Provide guidance to minimize visa rejection risks
  • Assist senior team members in processing and submitting applications for first-world countries
  • Maintain and update client records and ensure regular follow-up
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure resolution
  • Stay updated with immigration policies and embassy requirements
  • Work closely with marketing & operations teams for smooth service delivery
  • Attend meetings, training sessions, and company events
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by management

Educational Requirements

  • HSC
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Customer Service / Client Handling Certification
  • Travel & Tourism Management Training (optional)
  • Digital Marketing / Social Media Handling Certification (for video & client engagement)
  • MS Office / Computer Skills Training
  • Communication & Presentation Skills Workshop
  • Any other relevant short course or professional development program in tourism, education consultancy, or immigration services
  • Skills Required: Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), Customer Relationship, Document Processing, Microsoft Office, Client Relationship, Communication and interpersonal skill, Creative Thinking and Multitasking, Video content creating, Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics plat

Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent,Immigration and Education Consultancy Service,Call Center,Immigration/Visa Processing
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

  • Must be camera-friendly with confident on-screen presence, including proper gestures, posture, and presentable appearance
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
