- Strong communication skills (Bangla + basic English).
- Sales mindset (ability to convince customers).
- Basic knowledge of fashion & sizing.
- Customer handling experience (preferred).
- Energetic, active & friendly personality.
- Ability to work under sales target pressure.
Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and social platforms to handle inquiries and complaints.
- Manage and follow up on leads to ensure conversion and business growth.
- Support marketing campaigns (SMS, email, promotional activities).
- Coordinate with sales team for smooth customer handling and order processing.
- Analyze customer data and prepare periodic reports.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify customer issues and recommend improvements.
