Ltd. is hiring CRM Executives (Work From Home) to manage and nurture our growing customer base. We’re looking for energetic, sincere, and tech-savvy team members who can ensure a seamless customer experience from the comfort of their homes.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls through Exotel IVR system.
  • Communicate professionally via our WhatsApp Business Verified Device.
  • Send updates, follow-ups, and official communication using Google Workspace email.
  • Maintain and update customer records through Google Forms and Google Drive.
  • Use Microsoft Excel / Word on Microsoft Work Account (365 Business Standard License) for reports, documentation, and analysis.
  • Provide timely updates on customer queries, issues, and resolutions.

🧠 Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer support, CRM, or telesales preferred.
  • Good spoken and written communication in Hindi and English.
  • Proficiency in using Gmail, Google Forms, Google Sheets/Drive, and MS Office.
  • Laptop/Desktop with a good internet connection and a quiet work environment.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and dependable with daily work tracking habits.
