Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, execute CRM campaigns, maintain customer data, and support initiatives that enhance customer engagement, retention, and overall experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain customer data within the CRM system.
- Execute CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Segment customer databases for targeted communications.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Track customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention metrics.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to improve the customer journey.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of CRM, customer experience, or marketing experience.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Egypt real estate experience is an advantage.
