What you’ll do:
- Engage with customers regularly, present progress, and suggest new ideas to boost sales & retention.
- Manage accounts, follow up on payments, and provide online support when needed.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance customer experience.
What we’re looking for:
- 1 – 2 years of CRM experience (SaaS/retail preferred) – Fresh graduates may also apply.
- Strong understanding of SaaS concepts & platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills (written & spoken).
- Self‑motivated, proactive attitude.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Figma, Shopify, CRM tools, PHP and design/front‑end tools.
