Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Relationship Management Specialist role located in Al-Rusafa. The specialist will manage and optimize customer data, use CRM tools to track interactions, and maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and service requests. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with sales and service teams, supporting follow-ups on quotations and contracts, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues. The role also involves analyzing customer trends, preparing regular CRM reports, contributing to customer retention initiatives, and supporting targeted campaigns to strengthen long-term relationships. The specialist will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align customer feedback with continuous improvement of products and services.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills, including CRM system usage, data entry, and customer lifecycle tracking.
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated Sales and customer service skills, with experience in supporting leads, upselling, and retention activities.
  • Solid Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, generate reports, and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Basic Project Management capabilities to coordinate follow-ups, service requests, and CRM-related initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and odoo, familiarity with CRM platforms or databases.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work on-site in Al-Rusafa.
  • Experience in the power solutions, industrial equipment, or related sectors is an advantage.
