Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Visakhapatnam for a Customer Relationship Officer. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing customer queries and concerns, and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met, promoting company services, driving customer engagement, and supporting the sales team to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Relationship Management to develop and nurture long-term partnerships with clients
- Knowledge of Finance to assist customers with understanding payment options and addressing financial-related inquiries
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Sales expertise to promote company services and drive customer acquisition and retention
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree or a related field
- Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is an advantage
