Job Description / Responsibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Assist customers with travel bookings, flight reservations, visa information, and tour packages.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners when necessary.
- Support sales and marketing activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Ensure a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Skills Required: Customer Relationship, Travel Agency, Tour Package, Customer Service, Tourist Visa
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent,Tour Operator
