Job Description / Responsibility
- Facebook Page Management, Create Product Post, Reels, Video, Check Inbox Message, Receive Order and Entry.
- Our Main Product is Skincare, Haircare Product. Candidate must have interest in the said job. Must have ability to work hard.
- Office Time 7 Hours (10am to 5pm) But Should be a mentality of replaying customer message at any time.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer`s complaint.
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Handle complaints; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email and Facebook Page messenger.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Skills Required: Customer Service, Facebook Marketing
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
- Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
