Customer Sales Representative:
We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and energetic Customer Sales Representatives to join our UK Travel Campaign. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping customers. Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills are highly encouraged to apply, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
* Assist customers with travel-related inquiries, including bookings, reservations, itinerary updates, cancellations, and general travel information.
* Provide accurate information regarding travel packages, flights, hotels, transportation, and related services.
* Resolve customer concerns and complaints while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the CRM system.
* Follow company policies and standard operating procedures while handling customer interactions.
* Achieve individual and team performance targets, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
* Stay updated on travel products, promotions, company policies, and campaign guidelines.
* Deliver a professional and positive customer experience on every interaction.
Requirements:
* Intermediate, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification.
* 0–6 months of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or a related field.
* Fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
