We are now looking for Customer & Sales Support Executives — confident communicators who can engage US-based customers, handle outbound follow-ups and build real professional relationships over the phone. No cold calling from a blank list. No robotic scripts. Just intelligent, consultative conversations with warm leads and existing customers.
What This Role Offers:

Who We Are Looking For:
- Confident spoken and written English — you will be engaging directly with US customers
- Comfortable with outbound follow-up calls, relationship building and proactive customer engagement
- 6 months to 1 year experience in international sales or customer support — OR exceptional English-speaking freshers with the right attitude
- Available for permanent evening shift: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Monday to Saturday
- Must be able to commute to Gulistan-E-Jouhar Block 14, Karachi — 100% on-site role
