We are looking for the right person to fill a full-time Customer Service position at our facility in Salina, KS. Someone personable and organized who enjoys being part of a tight-knit team.

The main responsibilities of this position are assisting customers with window covering needs by answering questions, placing orders and resolving customer issues via phone and email. This position is the main link between a national customer base and our production team, so needs to understand our products and processes in order to coordinate accurate and timely order fulfillment.

The position is in an office setting at our Salina facility with work hours of 7am – 5pm, Monday to Thursday. Team members get full time hours AND a three day weekend every week.

Requirements:

  • People-focused with strong communication skills
  • Self-starter who can multi-task and manage time effectively
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills. Previous experience with MS Office and ERP/MRP systems preferred
  • Able to work independently, while also part of a team
  • Previous customer service experience is beneficial, but not required for the right candidate
  • Must be at least 18 years old to apply. High School diploma or GED preferred
