Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining professional communication across all channels. The role also involves resolving customer issues efficiently, delivering a positive customer experience, and supporting day-to-day customer service operations in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience
- Excellent communication and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work rotational and night shifts when required
- Experience using CRM systems is a plus
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related fields is a plus
