Role Description:

  • Receive and handle all customer requests, feedback, and inquiries related to logistics services.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as transportation, warehousing, supply chain management to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Monitor and update order, shipment, delivery information to ensure customers receive accurate and timely updates.
  • Develop and maintain an effective customer information management system.
  • Make phone calls, send emails or messages to maintain communication with current and potential customers.
  • Support management by providing customer feedback and proposing process improvements.
  • Report customer feedback to Deputy/Head of Department, Customer Service Team Leader, or Division Director to improve service quality.
  • Advise customers on related procedures.
  • Propose ideas to enhance service quality, meet customer needs, and balance company benefits with customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with assigned customers, ensuring customer retention; conduct regular visits in coordination with the Business Development team.
  • Prepare clear monthly reports (based on templates and departmental requirements).

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role within the logistics industry.
  • Passion for customer service.
  • Innovative and creative mindset.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva.
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills.
