About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to deliver a first-class experience to our clients. This role is central to maintaining strong customer relationships, resolving enquiries efficiently, and supporting business growth through excellent service and account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Resolve enquiries and complaints at first point of contact where possible
  • Manage complaints through to resolution with appropriate follow-up
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention
  • Complete key admin tasks including orders, invoicing, reporting, pricelists, and terminations
  • Manage a defined customer portfolio and support account growth and add-on sales
  • Support the wider Customer Service team with admin tasks
