A company in Hendersonville is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to support our team of inspectors while handling daily tasks that ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Qualified applicants will have a minimum 3 years experience as an administrative assistant.

We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a warm demeanor, and a positive attitude! The ideal candidate would be an organized, quick learner with the ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in person and over the phone to deliver excellent customer service while working in a fast paced team environment. Every day is different from the next! Ability to change gears quickly and be self motivated is a must!

Responsibilities include managing incoming calls and emails, scheduling appointments, executing logistics, providing first class customer service, and basic administrative tasks in a timely manner. Computer software skills and phone etiquette are essential (Excel, Google Maps, Google Drive, Gmail, Spectora etc.). Must be prepared to juggle multiple tasks throughout the day and have a strong eye for detail, and ability to problem solve and demonstrate critical thinking skills. Knowledge of real estate is helpful, but not required.

  • Our operating hours are 8:30AM – 5:30 pm. This position offers a 40 hour work week during the busy season. Hours could go down to a minimum of 32 hour per week November-March. This is not a remote position.
  • The hourly wage offered is $18-$20.00 per hour.
  • Occasional remote weekend required.
