As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer orders and forecasts for our Sub-Saharan Africa Scent & Care business. Acting as a key interface between customers, Sales, and Supply Chain, you ensure seamless execution from order to delivery-directly contributing to customer satisfaction and business performance.
Your Responsibilities
Order Management & Execution
- Manage customer orders end-to-end in SAP (local & export)
- Check product availability, pricing, and coordinate with planning teams
- Ensure accurate documentation and smooth shipment processes
Customer Experience & Communication
- Track orders across production, quality, and logistics stages
- Proactively manage delays and provide transparent customer updates
Forecast & Supply Planning
- Maintain and refine customer forecasts in SAP
- Collaborate with customers, Sales, and Supply Chain to optimize stock levels
Issue Resolution
- Handle complaints, returns, and credit notes
- Support timely, professional resolution of customer issues
Collaboration & Data Management
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate customer data and oversee consignment stock
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- A few years' experience in Customer Service / Order Management
- Hands-on experience with SAP and MS Office
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
