About the Role:

We’re seeking a Customer Service Administrator to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive top-tier service and support. In this role, you’ll build strong relationships, address client concerns, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance their experience with our payroll solutions.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the administration of MMC’s Contracting Solutions.

· To maintain contractor records in order that payments are made compliantly and in

accordance with statutory regulations.

· General administration in line with Company Processes.

· Answering telephones and dealing with any queries.

· Contacting contractors to register them with MMC and sending out of new starter

packs.

· Maintaining and establishing relationships between MMC and our agency clients.

· Where contractors move to new agencies, responsible for contacting agency to set

up ready for payroll and arrange appointments for Directors.

· Ensuring that all agency leads are passed quickly and efficiently to the Directors.

· Chasing of starter packs.

· Entering employee and contractor details onto Octopaye.

· Send Pay advice and payroll documents out by Email and via Online Portal.

· Send weekly pay texts to all contractors and employees.

· Keep contractor records up to date with personal and contract details.

· Keep tracking spreadsheets up to date.

· As part of the team, keep MMC’s social media presence active.

· Gather tax return information to generate leads for Clear Accounting.

What We’re Looking For:

· Experience: 2+ years in customer services

· Industry Knowledge: Understanding of payroll, employment laws, and joint employment is a plus but not essential.

· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

· Problem-Solving: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

· Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for accuracy and compliance.

· Team Player: Ability to collaborate across departments to drive client satisfaction.

Team Involvement:

· To work in a small team environment.

· When required, post the outgoing mail.
