What You Will Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and video channels.
- Deliver exceptional customer support by resolving issues and providing timely solutions at the first point of contact whenever possible.
- Guide customers through onboarding, service activation, and product adoption activities.
- Support customers with account access, subscription plans, licenses, upgrades, downgrades, and additional product features.
- Provide consultative guidance and best practices to help customers maximize the value of enterprise software solutions.
- Monitor and manage customer requests, ensuring service levels and operational KPIs are consistently achieved.
- Capture customer feedback, feature requests, and recurring issues, and collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and product utilization.
- Analyze operational reports, monitor trends, and support performance improvements through data-driven insights.
- Assist team members with process and technical questions, contribute to knowledge sharing, and support training activities.
- Document solutions, best practices, and process updates to maintain a strong knowledge base.

What You Will Bring:
- Experience in customer service, customer support, customer success, or a related customer-facing role.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or technology-based solutions is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or the ability to quickly learn new platforms and technologies.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or ITIL Foundation Certification are strong advantages.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
About Your Contract:
- 40 hours/week
- Type: full time, indefinite.
- Legal requirements: You need to be currently eligible to work in Hungary.
