Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Support role for English accounts, located in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves delivering outstanding customer service by handling inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing technical support, addressing customer concerns via phone, and maintaining professional communication standards. The Customer Service Support representative will also focus on delivering a positive experience through effective problem-solving and adherence to company protocols.

💰 The Package

  • Salary: 17,400 EGP Net (KPIs included).
  • Guaranteed: KPIs secured for your first 3 months.
  • Training: Fully paid.
