This is a UK-wide remote opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor who can work independently, stay organised, and contribute reliably within a structured home-based setup.
About the Role:
You will handle customer enquiries across email, chat, and phone while maintaining strong response times, accurate records, and a professional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries across email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve order, account, service, or access issues with clear follow-up and minimal delay
- Maintain accurate notes within the CRM or support system after each interaction
- Escalate more complex issues to relevant internal teams when required
- Follow service standards, internal processes, and response time expectations
- Identify recurring issues and flag them to support leads or operations teams
- Help maintain a smooth and consistent customer experience across all channels
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or a similar client-facing role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries without losing quality or accuracy
- Comfortable using systems, CRMs, and support platforms
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable and confident working independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar tools
- Exposure to remote or home-based customer support environments
