Backbone Customer Service is hiring a high-performance Customer Service Agent. This is an A-player role.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead, communicates clearly, and performs well under pressure. If you want a loose environment with low accountability, this is not the right fit.

What you’ll do:

You will help us deliver excellent customer support for eCommerce brands/dropshipping on Shopify.

Your work will include:

  • handling tickets professionally and efficiently
  • solving problems instead of passing them on
  • communicating clearly and consistently
  • working inside a virtual office
  • staying active during working hours
  • hitting KPIs and improving over time

We value people who ask smart questions, learn fast, and follow through without needing to be chased.

  • Mandatory: Dutch language

Salary & Benefits:

  • Base salary: €5/hour during the 3-month training period
  • After training: €6/hour.
  • Hours: you will gradually build up to full-time hours after onboarding
  • Performance bonus: up to 20% monthly bonus based on ticket/hour and SLA performance
  • Unlimited leave days: must be requested and approved 2 months in advance
  • 100% remote
