Backbone Customer Service is hiring a high-performance Customer Service Agent. This is an A-player role.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead, communicates clearly, and performs well under pressure. If you want a loose environment with low accountability, this is not the right fit.
What you’ll do:
You will help us deliver excellent customer support for eCommerce brands/dropshipping on Shopify.
Your work will include:
- handling tickets professionally and efficiently
- solving problems instead of passing them on
- communicating clearly and consistently
- working inside a virtual office
- staying active during working hours
- hitting KPIs and improving over time
We value people who ask smart questions, learn fast, and follow through without needing to be chased.
What we’re looking for:
- Mandatory: Dutch language
- Strong customer service experience
- A-player mindset
- Reliable, proactive, and coachable
- Comfortable working in a virtual office
- Able to work independently

Salary & Benefits:
- Base salary: €5/hour during the 3-month training period
- After training: €6/hour.
- Hours: you will gradually build up to full-time hours after onboarding
- Performance bonus: up to 20% monthly bonus based on ticket/hour and SLA performance
- Unlimited leave days: must be requested and approved 2 months in advance
- 100% remote
