Responsibilities

Engage with prospective clients via inbound and outbound calls to promote Better Life Clinic's services, including Dermatology, Aesthetics, Dental, Maternity packages, and Blood Tests.

  • Provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and promotional offers to potential clients.
  • Effectively pitch the benefits of our services to meet the needs and preferences of individual clients.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions with clients.
  • Utilize CRM software to update client information, record interactions, and schedule appointments.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement sales strategies and achieve targets.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new services offered by Better Life Clinic.

Requirements

  • Excellent command over the English and Hindi language.
  • Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles,preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Exceptional sales pitching abilities and persuasive communication techniques.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal oriented.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
