Job Description
- Handle daily customer inquiries through available communication channels (chat, email, phone, etc.).
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the supervisor or relevant department.
- Maintain service quality and meet individual performance targets (SLA, response time, CSAT, etc.).
- Record and update customer interactions in the system accurately.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Good command of English (minimum conversational level).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to help.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer complaints professionally.
