My client is seeking a very well-spoken individual to handle the below: Quote requests while maintaining profit margins End‑to‑end bookings, including customer updates and documents Invoice and cost accurately within 24 hours (KPI) Apply solution‑selling techniques and cross‑selling Company products Maintain compliance with Australian Customs requirements Min. 2 years' freight forwarding experience, with proven exposure to quoting, booking, invoicing, and operations. Must be able to work flexible hours.
