Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Customer Service Representative.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with service requests, scheduling appointments, providing updates regarding repairs, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the service process.
The role also includes communicating with technicians, following up on open service orders, documenting detailed notes in company systems, and helping resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks at the same time, and maintaining strong attention to detail while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
- Schedule and manage service appointments
- Follow up with customers regarding service updates
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate notes and records in company systems
- Work closely with technicians and internal departments
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Follow company procedures and service guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Professional and friendly attitude
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Experience with customer service software or CRM systems is a plus
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Eastern Standard Time (EST)
This is a remote work opportunity for individuals who can work independently from home.
Equipment & Workspace Requirements
- Computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM
- USB headset with microphone (no earbuds or AirPods)
- High-speed internet connection (100 Mbps or faster)
- Quiet and professional work environment
- Two monitors/screens required for training (Pictures will be requested before the interview)
Compensation
- $800.00 USD monthly salary
- $50.00 USD monthly home office assistance
- Payments are made via direct deposit on the 5th of each month
Training / Probation Period
There is a 90-day probationary training period during which compensation will be $700.00 USD per month.
Please note that compensation for this position is fixed and non-negotiable.
