Job Purpose:

Deliver excellent customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, What’s app, and all relevant channels
  • Resolve complaints efficiently and professionally
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Escalate complex issues to the supervisor when needed
  • Record and update customer interactions in the system
  • Follow SLAs and service standards
  • Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

  • 1 year experience in customer service or call center
  • Strong communication skills (Arabic & English)
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
