Job Purpose:
Deliver excellent customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, What’s app, and all relevant channels
- Resolve complaints efficiently and professionally
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Escalate complex issues to the supervisor when needed
- Record and update customer interactions in the system
- Follow SLAs and service standards
- Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
- 1 year experience in customer service or call center
- Strong communication skills (Arabic & English)
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
