About the role:

The Customer Service Agent ensures that orders from customers are processed, invoiced and delivered correctly and on time the customers. Customer Service Agent acting in order to drive E2E Supply Chain performance, optimize business delivery and deliver against customer needs/demand at area/market level.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer orders are processed in a timely and efficient manner (placing orders to the SAP system, sending the order to the warehouse for realization).
  • Ensure correct price set up in SAP.
  • Ensure invoices and credit documents issue in SAP system.
  • Ensure clear and timely communication with warehouse, KPI´s evaluation, stock taking participation, regular stock reconciliation.
  • Ensure claim process towards customers done on time.
  • Ensure minimizing obsolete stock based on sales department instructions.
  • Ensure correct month end reports.
  • Participate in Supply Chain projects and initiatives.

Key Requirements, Skills, Qualifications:

  • 2- 3 years’ experience in similar position.
  • Service focused and strong customer orientation. Good understanding of Pharmacy industry and FMCG environment.
  • Good Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently and use initiative along with problem solving abilities.
  • Ability to build strong effective relationships with all stakeholders, i.e. existing clients and potential clients as well as internal stakeholders, i.e. colleagues and management.

EUR 21 247,00 – EUR 29 214,90 The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide. The final offer may vary depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations. Further details regarding the total reward and benefits package will be shared during the recruitment process. Salary ranges may vary by location in line with local market conditions and applicable pay transparency regulations. Compensation information is shared for the primary location of this role. Where the position is advertised with additional locations the compensation range will be discussed during the recruiting process.
