Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to manage all customer interactions across multiple channels, including walk-in showroom customers, telephone calls, and digital support tickets.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for customers and ensure all queries, issues, and service requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Front Desk (Showroom)
* Assist and engage with walk-in customers in the showroom in a professional and helpful manner
* Provide product information, basic troubleshooting guidance, and general customer support
* Ensure the showroom is presentable and customer-ready at all times
Call Handling & Communication
* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries timeously and professionally
* Log all relevant customer interactions accurately on internal systems
Ticket & Service Management
* Receive, log, and manage customer service tickets across multiple sales channels
* Ensure all tickets are tracked, updated, and resolved within required timeframes
* Coordinate with internal departments, including technical and repairs teams, to ensure effective resolution of customer issues
* Follow up with customers regarding the status of their queries, repairs, or returns
General Administrative Support
* Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and service requests
* Assist with basic reporting and tracking of customer service activity
* Support the repairs and returns process when required
Requirements & Skills
* Previous experience in a customer service or front-facing role
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
* Computer literate (email, CRM systems, and basic Microsoft Office tools)
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving skills and a calm, professional approach under pressure
* High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
