Your bilingual skills in English and French will set you apart in creating positive customer experiences and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary communication hub for clients

• Manage and resolve service-related issues promptly

• Keep accurate records of all customer interactions

• Collect and analyze data to prepare service reports

• Provide administrative support alongside team efforts

Requirements:

• Bilingual:
English and French required

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

• Experience with Microsoft Office and data entry

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines

• Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus
