Bingoal is a Belgian company with over 30 years’ experience in offering online and offline sports betting, horse racing and casino games. Today, Bingoal is a dynamic and ambitious company looking for a passionate Customer Service Agent. In this role, you will assist the Operations team in supporting customers and players to ensure their satisfaction.
The Role
After an induction period, you will be the point of contact for Bingoal’s customers and players. As a Customer Service Agent, you will:
- Answer practical and technical queries (such as account creation and game procedures) from customers and players via telephone and/or email
- Listen attentively, communicate respectfully and proactively seek solutions to ensure high-quality and efficient service for customers and players
- Coordinate with the various departments (IT, marketing, etc.) where necessary
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service provided to customers and players and the functioning of the team
Your Profile
- Customer satisfaction and quality of service are priorities for you
- You are able to cope well under pressure, can act quickly and remain professional in all circumstances
- Taking initiative, problem-solving and looking for improvement opportunities are part of your natural way of working
- You are a team player who contributes to creating and maintaining an enjoyable working environment
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage; any experience in the sector is an asset
- You speak fluent Dutch and English; a good knowledge of French is a plus
- You are tech-savvy and can work confidently with Excel
- An interest in sport, horse racing and/or casino is a plus;
- You are available to work shifts (6.00–14.00, 10.00–18.00, 16.00–24.00) in a rotation system, including weekends and public holidays
- You live in Malta or plan to relocate before starting the job
