What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
- Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, and sending policy documents
- Assist customers with questions regarding existing insurance policies and make necessary changes
- Work to retain policyholders by providing solutions for customers at risk of cancellation
- Support customers with enthusiasm and care in all interactions
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
- Passion for helping others
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in the insurance industry or familiarity with insurance products
- Proven track record of resolving customer issues effectively
- Knowledge of insurance policy details and coverages
- Previous experience with remote work environments
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
