What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

What Is Required (Qualifications)

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service-oriented role required
- Intermediate to advanced typing and technical aptitude required
- 2-5 years of experience working in a call center environment preferred
- Bilingual skills preferred
