Pay Rate – $17/hr + benefits

Shift Timing – Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

We at Coforge are urgently seeking a Customer Service Analyst with below skillset

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of file exchange or related experience
  • Customer-focused with a team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain tracking tickets
  • Assist clients with inquiries and service requests
  • Maintain active communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of company processes
  • Contact taxing jurisdictions to request and verify information
  • Research and resolve discrepancies
  • Communicate project delays and status updates promptly
  • Document and maintain processing procedures
  • Process claims accurately and efficiently
  • Handle manual bill requests, including envelope stuffing and document mailing
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
  • Maintain excellent attendance and reliability
