As part of our growth strategy, we are currently looking for a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our Logistics team. You will handle the ordering cycle until efficient and timely delivery to the final client securing deadlines, customer satisfaction and business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire ordering process from receipt to delivery, including data entry in ERP systems
- Communicate effectively with customers and manage their service needs
- Handle all tasks related to ordering and pricing, plan and track the transportation of final products according to customer requirements
- Formulate quotations in collaboration with the Sales department and communicate them to clients, monitor stock to ensure product availability, monitor logs, records and reports
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, QA and Accounting teams, provide back-office support and ensure seamless communication across all departments
- Record and report any issues that arise during the ordering and delivery process
- Act as a key contact for colleagues during their leave for Customer Service and Logistics
Qualifications
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Technological Educational Institute or other relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position, preferably in the food industry
- Strong communication skills, both writing and speaking with a team-oriented mindset
- Excellent numerical & computing skills, including use of MS Office and ERP systems
- Proficiency in Greek/C2 and English (B2+ level)
- WMS and CRM environment knowledge will be considered an asset
