Customer Service Assistant is responsible to handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

Customer Service Assistant is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, answering questions, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction while representing the company's brand positively.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•            Attend to shoppers and tenants enquiries and feedback

•            Listening to customers’ concerns and handling complaints and returns

•            Working with all relevant teams to create better methods to address customer complaints

•            Assist in the execution of the mall’s promotions and events

•            Assist in sale and redemption of vouchers

•            Greet and welcome guests

•            Assist with inquiries and provide information about services.

•            Handle customer complaints and feedback.

•            Ensure a positive and welcoming environment.

•            Coordinate with other staff to resolve issues.

•            Maintain a clean and organized service area.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

·                 Degree or Diploma (Preferable Commerce background)

·                 Previous retail experience preferred

·                 Good knowledge of retail industry and products               

·                 Must be computer literate, customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills

·                 Able to work on 6 days rotating shift, weekends & Public Holidays
