Wireless Reach Group is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support our AT&T wireless campaign in San Diego, CA. This is a full-time, entry-level position with hands-on training provided.
This Customer Service Associate role is ideal for individuals who are interested in developing professional communication skills, gaining experience in customer service and sales, and working in a structured, team-oriented environment.
Customer Service Associate Responsibilities
- Interact with customers in a face-to-face setting to provide information on AT&T wireless and internet services
- Assist customers with selecting appropriate products and service plans based on their needs
- Complete new account activations, upgrades, and service changes
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Provide a high level of customer service throughout the enrollment process
- Meet individual and Customer Service Associate team performance expectations
Customer Service Associate Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a customer-facing environment
- Professional, reliable, and goal-oriented
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation daily

Pay: $57,000.00 – $67,000.00 per year
